My obligations? No spam, no misleading medical claims, no targeting minors, obey platform rules, disclose ads clearly.

2 Definitions

“Affiliate”, “you” – the individual accepted into the BudBuddies Affiliate Programme.
“BudBuddies”, “we”, “us”, “our” – BudBuddies Ltd, incorporated in England & Wales.
“Programme” – the BudBuddies Affiliate Programme governed by these Terms.
“Site” – https://budbuddies.cc and any sub‑domains.
“Commission” – the monetary amount or store credit payable for Qualifying Purchases.
“Cookie Window” – the 90‑day period following a Link Click in which a purchase may be attributed to the Affiliate.
“Qualifying Purchase” – an order that (a) ships to a UK or Irish address; (b) is not cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent; and (c) is properly tracked to the Affiliate through a Link or Coupon.
“Link Click” – a valid click on an Affiliate Link leading directly to the Site.
“Dashboard” – the secure online portal displaying Affiliate statistics, resources, and payout tools.
“Terms” – this Affiliate Terms of Use document, together with the Site’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Quality‑Assurance Statement, and Refund & Returns Policy (all incorporated by reference).

3 Eligibility & Enrolment

3.1 Age & Capacity – You must be 18 or older and have full legal capacity to enter contracts.

3.2 Application Review – BudBuddies assesses each application. Approval is at our sole discretion; we may reject applications connected with hate speech, illicit activity, or brand impersonation.

3.3 Global Affiliates, Local Sales – While you may reside anywhere, only orders we dispatch to UK or Irish addresses qualify for Commission. Visitors elsewhere may browse the Site, but attempts to check‑out with non‑UK/IE shipping addresses simply fail.

3.4 Agreement to the Terms – Acceptance into the Programme and/or continued participation constitutes your binding agreement to these Terms and any future revisions.

4 Relationship of the Parties

4.1 Independent Contractor – You act solely as an independent contractor. Nothing herein creates employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture.

4.2 No Authority to Bind – You may not speak for, contract on behalf of, or otherwise obligate BudBuddies.

5 Promotion Rules & Marketing Standards

5.1 Permitted Promotion Channels

Personal or corporate websites, blogs, forums
Social‑media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, etc.)
E‑mail newsletters compliant with PECR / CAN‑SPAM / other local laws
Podcasts, webinars, live streams
Printed material, events, word‑of‑mouth

5.2 Required Legal Compliance

No Medical Claims – Do not assert our products “cure”, “treat”, or “diagnose” diseases. You may reference general wellness benefits consistent with our Quality‑Assurance page.
No Under‑18 Targeting – Avoid content or placements primarily viewed by minors.
Data Protection – Any personal data you collect (e.g., mailing‑list sign‑ups) must be handled in accordance with UK GDPR or your local equivalent.

5.3 Content Quality & Brand Integrity

Keep tone positive, accurate, and authentic.
Do not edit our logo or create fake “official” BudBuddies channels. Written permission is required for logo use; product photos supplied in our Media Pack may be used unaltered.
Avoid pornographic, extremist, violent, or otherwise objectionable contexts.

6 Affiliate Links, Cookies & Tracking Technology

6.1 Unique Link – Provided in your Dashboard; may be shortened, masked, or appended with campaign parameters.

6.2 Cookie Duration – 90 days. If a shopper clears cookies, uses incognito mode, blocks tracking, or purchases after 90 days without clicking again, attribution may fail.

6.3 Last‑Referrer Attribution – The final valid Affiliate identifier (link or coupon) used immediately before checkout receives commission.

6.4 Dashboard Visibility – Clicks, orders, and commissions appear in near real‑time. Report anomalies within 30 days; after that period, data is final.

7 Commission Structure & Payout Mechanics

* BudBuddies may modify rates; changes apply prospectively with 14‑day e‑mail notice.

7.1 Self‑Referrals Forbidden – Orders in which billing or shipping matches the Affiliate, or that originate from the Affiliate’s own IP, are disqualified.

7.2 Currency – Cash payouts in GBP. Your bank or crypto exchange may levy conversion fees.

7.3 Tax – You are solely responsible for any income‑tax, VAT, or self‑employment obligations. HMRC’s trading‑allowance guidance applies.

8 Coupon Codes, Auto‑Discount & Last‑Referrer Logic

8.1 Auto‑Injection – Clicking your Affiliate Link automatically inserts your coupon at checkout; the shopper sees immediate savings.

8.2 Manual Code Use – Where a link is impractical (e.g., podcasts), share your spoken coupon. One coupon may be applied per order.

8.3 Conflict Scenario Examples

9 Order Cancellations, Returns & Their Impact

9.1 Quality Assurance – Every batch is HPLC‑tested for potency & contaminants (see Quality‑Assurance page).

9.2 Refund/Returns Policy – Cannabis consumables are non‑returnable; only parcels damaged in transit or undelivered may be refunded or replaced within 7 days (see Refund & Returns).

9.3 Commission Reversal –

If an order is fully refunded, related commission is revoked.
If we issue store credit for partial satisfaction, commission ordinarily stands.
Fraudulent transactions flagged by our Anti‑Fraud add‑on void commission.

10 Quality‑Assurance Statements & Product Claims

11 Data‑Protection & Privacy Obligations

11.1 BudBuddies Compliance – Our collected data is encrypted as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

11.2 Your Data Handling –

If you capture e‑mail addresses, maintain a lawful basis (consent or legitimate interest).
Do not share personal data about your referrals with any third party.
Report any personal‑data breach to BudBuddies within 48 hours.

12 Intellectual‑Property Guidelines

12.1 Trademarks – “BudBuddies” and associated logos are registered or unregistered trade marks of BudBuddies Ltd. Use only unmodified brand assets supplied in the Media Pack.

12.2 Domain & Ad Restrictions – You may not register domains that contain “budbuddies” or close variants.

12.3 Copyright – Blog posts, product images and copy on the Site remain BudBuddies’ copyright. Excerpts of ≤ 100 words may be quoted with a link back; wholesale copying is prohibited.

13 Prohibited Conduct

Self‑referral, order cycling, coupon swapping among controlled wallets.
Cookie stuffing, forced pop‑unders, hidden iframes.
Impersonation of BudBuddies staff or official channels.
Spam e‑mail, comment spam, unsolicited DMs.
Paid or organic promotion on extremist, hate or porn platforms.
Medical, legal or financial advice beyond publicly available product specs.

First offences may receive a written warning; severe or repeated offences result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid Commission.

14 Suspension, Termination & Programme Changes

14.1 By BudBuddies – We may suspend or terminate (a) for breach of these Terms; (b) prolonged inactivity (no clicks for 6 months); (c) brand or reputational risk; or (d) closure of the Programme.

14.2 By Affiliate – You may leave at any time via Dashboard → Close Account or by e‑mailing press@budbuddies.cc.

14.3 Effect – Remove all BudBuddies Links/Coupons within 7 days. Approved, unpaid Commission up to the termination date is paid unless termination was for fraud or other serious misconduct.

14.4 Programme Alterations – We may adjust rates, territory reach or technology. Notice given 14 days in advance. Continued promotion = acceptance.

15 Representations, Warranties & Disclaimers

BudBuddies warrants it holds all necessary licences to sell its products in the UK/Ireland and that products meet published specifications at the time of dispatch.
We do not warrant uninterrupted site availability or guaranteed income for the Affiliate.

16 Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

16.1 Cap on Liability – BudBuddies’ total liability arising out of or in connection with this Programme shall not exceed the total Commission actually owed and payable to you at the time the claim arises.

16.2 Excluded Damages – No liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of reputation.

16.3 Indemnity – You agree to defend and indemnify BudBuddies against claims, damages or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, negligent misrepresentation, or unlawful promotion.

17 Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

17.1 Law – These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

17.2 Jurisdiction – Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law entitles you to litigate locally.

17.3 Good‑Faith Negotiation – Parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve disputes by negotiation. Failing resolution within 30 days, either may escalate to formal proceedings.

18 Amendments & Notices

18.1 Amendment Procedure – BudBuddies may revise these Terms by e‑mailing Affiliates or posting in the Dashboard. Changes take effect 14 days after notice.

19 Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms (together with incorporated Site policies) constitute the entire agreement between BudBuddies Ltd and the Affiliate regarding the Programme. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

20 Acceptance & Contact

By clicking “I Agree” or by continuing to participate after receiving these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound.
