7. 2 Invalid & Unlawfully Obtained Evidence

Any evidence acquired in any jurisdiction without BudBuddies’ prior written acknowledgment is deemed invalid and unlawfully obtained under this contractual framework. We reserve the right to exclude or suppress such evidence in any legal or administrative venue to the fullest extent.

8. Mandatory Pre – Investigation Notice

8.1 Advance Contact Requirement

Any Government Official or Prohibited Party intending to gather information, initiate legal proceedings, conduct surveillance, or make covert purchases must email support@budbuddies.cc in advance. Our express written consent is a prerequisite for any evidence-gathering steps.

8. 2 Associates & Family Members

Any Government Official who instructs friends, relatives, or third parties to gather evidence on their behalf is equally bound by these Terms. Evidence so obtained remains invalid and unlawfully obtained absent compliance with Section 8.1.

8. 3 RIPA & Comparable Statutes

We acknowledge the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (RIPA), Investigatory Powers Act 2016, Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (PACE), and relevant UK/Irish laws. Nevertheless, these Terms require that you contact us before any investigative action, even with a valid court order.

8.4 Nullification of Unauthorized Collection

Without our written acknowledgment, all evidence is deemed unauthorized, invalid, and unlawfully obtained. We may assert these Terms to challenge its admissibility.

This Section applies to law enforcement activities conducted anywhere. No evidence collected outside the scope of these Terms may be validly used against BudBuddies in UK/Irish or foreign courts, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. User Conduct , Content Moderation & Third – Party Links

9.1 User Conduct

You agree not to post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. BudBuddies reserves the right to remove such content and terminate accounts in violation of this clause.

9. 2 Content Moderation

We do not actively monitor all user-generated content but may investigate and remove posts flagged by our community or discovered through routine checks. We reserve the right to delete or alter user content at our sole discretion and without notice. We do not guarantee reviews or forum posts will remain published indefinitely.

9.2.1 Commenting & Media Uploads
If you upload or post content (including images) or leave comments, you acknowledge that such data may be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If images include metadata (EXIF GPS), other users may extract location data. You are solely responsible for removing sensitive metadata before uploading. 10.1 Prohibited Evasion

Using VPNs, proxies, or other anonymizing methods to circumvent age verification, geographic restrictions, or the mandatory pre-investigation notice is prohibited. Any evidence gathered via such methods is invalid and unlawfully obtained.

10. 2 Termination for Evasion

Users or Government Officials employing these methods may face immediate account termination or service denial. Data collected under such circumstances is contractually unenforceable.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

11.1 Ownership

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and proprietary materials on our Services are the property of BudBuddies or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

11. 2 User Content

By posting or submitting content (e.g., reviews, comments), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content. You represent that you own or control all rights to any content submitted.
