What gets deleted
- Account credentials — login email, password, profile details
- Personal information — name, shipping address, phone number
- Order history — past orders and saved preferences
- Communications — support messages, marketing preferences
- Push notification subscriptions — device tokens and notification history
- Comments & reviews — content you’ve posted on the site
What we may retain
Some records must be kept for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons:
- Anonymised transaction logs — kept for tax and accounting compliance (typically 6 years under UK law)
- Fraud prevention records — IP addresses linked to suspicious activity, retained for security
- Pending order data — if you have an order in transit, deletion will be processed after fulfilment
All retained data is anonymised where possible and never used for marketing.
